Local & private first
AI should run on your computer, not a corporate cloud. Your data, prompts, and models stay on the machine under your desk.
I fold the frontier down to one desk.
Orionfold is an AI studio that brings enterprise-grade AI to individual builders and small teams — open software, custom models, and practical playbooks, all designed to run locally and privately on personal machines.

Orionfold about ↗What the studio believes
Local & private first
AI should run on your computer, not a corporate cloud. Your data, prompts, and models stay on the machine under your desk.
Efficiency over scale
One skilled person with the right AI tools can do what used to take a team. The studio is built around that leverage.
Open over proprietary
Open-source software and openly published models, not locked systems — so what you build keeps working on your terms.
The studio ships three things that fit together: open AI software you can read and run, custom and fine-tuned models sized for hardware you actually own, and educational playbooks — books and field notes — that explain how to put it to work. The throughline is a philosophical shift: powerful AI should be private, affordable, and under your control, not dependent on expensive corporate clouds.
ainative.business fitsThis site is the knowledge surface of the studio. The AI Native Business book is a 14-chapter playbook for building autonomous business systems with AI agents; the field notes document the research as it happens; and the artifacts — models, quants, benches, and the Arena cockpit — are what you can download and run on your own machine.
